Help me catch a ride,
To a better place.
See a better side,
Of the human race.
Leave behind the frown,
And bring out a big smile.
Do not be so down,
Be happy for a while.
Think of what could be,
Forever without end.
Not just you and me,
But everyone with a friend.
If man would only learn,
This could all be true.
We would need not yearn,
But live a life anew.
That day is just ahead.
How long I do not know.
